Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026  ·  Mech Pilot

1. Mission Briefing

By playing Mech Pilot, you accept these Terms of Service. If any part of this briefing is unacceptable, stand down — the mech will be ready for you when you're ready for it.

2. Personal Missions Only

Mech Pilot is authorised for personal non-commercial use only. Copying, reselling, or incorporating any part of the game into a commercial product without our written permission is not sanctioned.

3. Intellectual Property Assets

The mech design, arm mechanics, depot environment, visual style, and all original content of Mech Pilot are proprietary assets protected under intellectual property law. Respect the IP.

4. No Guaranteed Uptime

Mech Pilot is deployed as-is. Systems need maintenance, bugs can appear, and saved scores may occasionally be lost. We aim for smooth operation but cannot guarantee it at all times.

5. Liability Protocol

We are not liable for any damage — real or game-world — arising from your use of Mech Pilot. Pilots accept that missions carry inherent risk, including the risk of a frustrating session.

6. Terms Updates

These Terms may be revised. Updated versions are posted here with the new date. Continuing to pilot after any update means you've accepted the new Terms.

7. Conflict Resolution

If you have a dispute with us about Mech Pilot, please initiate contact through our website before taking any formal action. We are engineers, not warriors, and prefer collaborative solutions.
